Exchange & Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Below are the terms and conditions that govern exchanges and returns for purchases made on our website.

  • In case you find defects in the product such as scratches cuts on the product or you get different articles against your order. Kindly send us the original high res picture of defects of the product our team will inspect and contact you (usually within 72 hours of receipt).
  • Although we assure and practice very strict quality control policy in our Manufacturing facility, however, As some products are hand constructed and made with all Natural leather some minor variation may be found in the product.
  • Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that different computer monitors have different capabilities to display color, and that different lighting conditions may have an effect on the appearance of the color. We try to edit our photos to show the product as like-like as possible. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Exchange Policy

  • In case we shipped the jacket accurately as described on the website but the buyer wants to exchange the jacket with different sizes or colors then the buyer is liable to pay the shipping charges only. We will exchange the product with the new one for free of cost.
  • As many people misuse the policy of exchange, we request that the email for exchange should be made within 48 hours. All Return, Refund, or Exchange made after 48 hours of getting the item won’t be adequate.

Cancelation of Order

  • The solicitation for the cancelation of your order should be made within 48 hours. If the cancellation will be made inside 48 hours so we will be refunded the entire sum in your account.
  • The buyer is liable to email our client support agent for the request for cancellation.
  • Cancellation of the order after 48 hours will bring about an immediate deduction of 35% from your paid sum.
  • Cancellation of the order within 5 days before delivery will bring about an immediate deduction of 50% from the paid sum.
  • No Cancellation will be entertained after 5 days of order affirmation. Also, no cancellation will be accepted if the order is shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Return requests should be made within 48 hours. All Return, Refund, or Exchange made after 48 hours of getting the item won’t be adequate.
  • If there should be an occurrence of return, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer and they are additionally liable to pay the earlier postage cost. Because we offer free shipping to our customers but it is not free to us.
  • We will not assess refund or credit orders and no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
    • You have altered your perspective on a thing;
    • You purchased a thing unintentionally;
    • You exceeded the 30 days;
    • You change your mind
  • The customer is liable to the shipping cost of returning the item.
  • You are not eligible for the return process if you altered the jacket or removed the tags.
  • There will be no return/exchange for ordering more than one similar product, but different size. People misuse this facility.
  • The customer is also entitled to refund/return, in the following cases:
    • Wrong product received by the customer
    • Products have some major defects
    • Product damaged in shipping

Item not as advertised

  • You have to file the complaint within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • If you feel any difference in the order so email us the images of the received product at the given email address and feature the issues that you are looking at with the product. We will investigate and after the confirmation, we will ask you to send us the jacket back and we will send you another jacket that you wanted in the same size as you ordered free of cost. In this case, you will only be liable to pay shipping and handling costs.

(Note: Cancelation or refund cannot be done in exchanged products)

  • If you receive the wrong size or color then we request you to kindly get this in our knowledge through email. Also, attach pictures of the jacket along with your email focusing the size tag on the collar and the color of the jacket. Once the investigation is done, we will ask you to return the package to the given address and will send you another jacket for free of cost. The buyer is not liable to pay any shipping charges if the mistake is done by our hand.

Custom Duties

We ship the jacket free of cost and declare it as a gift to our valued customer so that they cannot pay any taxes, but still, every country has its own customs policies so these will be bear by the buyer.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item to www.marveljacket.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in a resalable condition. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support.
  2. Please include your order details slip with the item(s).
  3. The package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.
  4. Please fill the product return form below:
  5. Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  6. You must provide the correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form in order to get your return successfully processed.
  7. Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to post to your account.
